    "Occupancy Rate" means the ratio of the leased area to the total Rentable Area in a specified area or all areas (total). Values less than 0.05 are disregarded, and values of 0.05 or more are rounded up to 0.1.

    When several properties are leased to the same tenant, "Number of Tenants" means the number of tenants counting the tenant of a single (1) property as one (1) and the tenant of a certain number of properties as such number of tenants.
