NBF closes its accounts at the end of June and December each year.
The fiscal period closing in June commences on January 1 and ends on June 30, and the fiscal period closing in December commences on July 1 and ends on December 31.
The General Meeting of Unitholders of NBF is, in principle, held at least once every two years.
