Nippon Building Fund Management, Ltd. ("NBFM") will take a firm stand against all antisocial forces threatening public order or stability.
NBFM has established, in its compliance manual and rules for measures against antisocial forces, etc., basic policies for the elimination of antisocial forces, the section in charge of handling responses, specific procedures for preventing transactions with antisocial forces, collaboration with police and external specialized agencies, as well as rules, etc. for handling occurrences of unlawful demands, etc., all of which form part of the code of conduct with which all NBFM's officers and employees must comply.
