Greetings

Nippon Building Fund Management Ltd. (NBFM) was established in September 2000 for the purpose of managing the assets of Nippon Building Fund Inc. (NBF).

In September 2001, NBF became the first Japanese real estate investment corporation to be listed on the real estate investment trust (J-REIT) section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and, thanks to all, has steadily accumulated positive results and been able to make stable distributions of profit amidst the overall continued healthy growth of the J-REIT market.

Management of assets is conducted through maximum utilization of the know-how of NBFM’s shareholders such as Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

NBF is committed to continually do its utmost to achieve stable profits on a medium-to-long-term basis and earn the unwavering trust of all related parties starting with investors and tenants. NBFM aspires to contribute to the further development of NBF as well as the J-REIT market, as a leading J-REIT manager.
