Koichi Nishiyama Mr. Koichi Nishiyama, who is also the executive director of Nippon Building Fund Inc., has been the president and chief executive officer of NBFM since the establishment of this asset management company in 2000. Mr. Nishiyama has more than 30 years of practical business experience at Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., which is the leading real estate company in Japan and is also one of the sponsors of NBFM, and has been engaged primarily in development related to office buildings, rental marketing, asset management, administration of accounting and asset management businesses.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Tokyo University.
Yasushi Akimoto Mr.Yasushi Akimoto has served as the chief investment officer of NBFM since April 2011. Mr.Akimoto has more than 25 years of practical business experience at Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., which is the leading real estate company in Japan and is also one of the spoonsors of NBFM, and has been engaged primarily in asset management businesses related to office buildings etc.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from Waseda University.
Hiroshi Yabuki Mr.Yabuki was appointed COO of NBFM in February, 2010.
He acquired more than 25 years of business experience at Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, which is one of the largest life insurance companies in Japan and is also one of the sponsors of NBFM. He has been engaged in the real estate business, including serving as the head of the Real Estate Operating Office, and was steadily promoted through a series of very important positions at Sumitomo Life Insurance Company. Mr.Yabuki graduated from Tokyo University and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics.
