Mr. Nishiyama has more than 30 years of practical business experience at Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., which is the leading real estate company in Japan and is also one of the sponsors of NBFM, and has been engaged primarily in development related to office buildings, rental marketing, asset management, administration of accounting and asset management businesses.

Mr. Morihiro was appointed as COO and Compliance Officer of NBFM in April, 2006.
He acquired more than 25 years of business experience at Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, which is one of the largest life insurance companies in Japan and is also one of the sponsors of NBFM. He has been involved in the real estate business for a long time, and, particularly in Japan and Australia, has been engaged in the real estate investment and asset management businesses as an institutional investor.
Mr. Morihiro graduated from the Hokkaido University Faculty of Law (B.L.).
